Pang Da said in a statement posted late on Monday that its offer to purchase Saab still stands since it "did not receive any notice on terminating its acquisition agreement with Saab," and Pang Da "is not against any proposals which could help Saab to get out of the current difficulties."
Dayna Hart, general manager of public affairs and communications for General Motors in China, told some chinese medias on Monday that she had not yet received any notification concerning the deal.
